Jenifer Lambert, CPC

Vice President, TERRA Staffing Group

Jen got into the staffing industry the way so many have, “I literally fell into it,” she says.  What started out as a summer job while she was finishing college turned out to be the perfect fit for her natural curiosity, desire to help others and her even stronger desire to earn commission checks.

While her start in the business can be described as typical her results have been anything but.  She has worked in all aspects of the business including temporary staffing, sales, direct hire placement, management and executive search.  Jen ascribes her success to a combination of luck and an obsession with finding a better way.  She has a passion for studying, emulating and replicating success.  And now through her training and coaching practice, she shares these best practices and success strategies with others in the industry.

Jen was nominated to the Pinnacle Society, a consortium of some of the top producing recruiters in the nation, in 2008.  She is the author of “Seven Steps to Seven Figure Billings” and the training program “Recruiter Revival” which recruiters across the country credit for helping them not only survive in a challenging market but post some of their best numbers even in recessionary times.  She is top-rated speaker several years running at the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) Annual Conference.   According to Jen, “I love this industry, I love the people in it.  It is my absolute joy and privilege to contribute to this business by helping others elevate their income and impact.”

“This is a must-do for rookies and veterans! You will walk away with practical information to put to immediate use.”
